  1. Be Yourself - If you are yourself you will stand out… also this is how both parties know it will be a good fit for a position.

  2. Be an A Player - Are you going to be a top performer? Are you going to gain Market Share? Could you replace me?

  3. Be a Sponge - You’re going to always be learning in Medical Sales, so be able to display that you’re always learning.

  4. Do the Job to Get the Job - Managers want to see that you can do the job before you have the job. So how you network, prepare, and follow up will stand out.
