There are thousands of candidates trying to break into Medical Device Sales and it’s a very competitive industry so how can you stand out? Here’s some of my top tips.

  1. Be Yourself - You have to be true to yourself so you can make sure it’s a good fit and more authentic.

  2. Passion - Anyone can show up… but can you be excited for the opportunity.

  3. Follow Up - This is part of the job and also how you stay on the top of their mind.

  4. Are You the Best Candidate - This is where you need to self-reflect and truly ask yourself would you want to go up against yourself in an interview?

Make sure you’re going above and beyond to ensure that you will be the candidate selected for the job.
